Expensive food - would have been good if there was a downstairs, cheaper bar menu.

Smart, clean and comfortable. Well placed close to centre of town, UN and lake front. Free Wifi.

Street noise was some nights annoying (so bring ear plugs). Menu at restaurant remains the same every day (but there a lots of good restaurants nearby).

Very nice hotel. Good staff, helpful and professional,good hotel layout and decor and location. Very good restaurant.

Except for one instance, the staff were unusually helpful and kind. The one instance was when the clerk forgot to request our car from the basement after we had requested her to do so. As a result, we wasted 15 minutes waiting in the lobby until we discovered she had forgotton to reequest the car for us.

For the rates charged, I thought: the room was too small; the closet space was far too small; there should be a bureau for our clothes; the shelf spce for clothing was far from adequate, especially for two people; tub and sink drains in the bathroom did not work; the room was overheated; even staff could not make message waiting work; the desk lamp should work without lighting up whole room.

Good location, very helpful staff. Attractive, clean.

Would like to have breakfast included in the price.
